Every booking on this site is a contract between you and the property. These are the common conditions; each property lists its own on its page.
Reservations and deposits
A reservation is confirmed once the deposit the property asks for at checkout has been received. Pay-on-arrival bookings are held until the time the property states unless they hear from you.
Changes and cancellations
The property's own cancellation policy applies; it is shown before you pay and repeated in your confirmation. Where a rate is non-refundable it says so.
The hub's role
The hub runs the search and the booking form and forwards your booking to the property. It does not hold your payment and cannot change a property's conditions.
