Plain terms for a straightforward stay. These conditions apply to every reservation made through this site.
Reservations and deposits
A reservation is confirmed once the deposit shown at checkout has been received. Pay-on-arrival bookings are held until 18:00 on the day of arrival unless we hear from you.
Changes and cancellations
Flexible rates can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night. Non-refundable rates cannot be changed or refunded.
Arrival and departure
Rooms are ready from 15:00 and we ask you to check out by 11:00. Early arrival and late departure can be arranged at the front desk, subject to availability.
